You must not be listed as a terrorist or have any ties to terrorism according to international organizations like the United Nations or the U.S. government.
Account and Transactions
You can use your InboxToMarket.com account to make transactions on our platform. For your security, we may limit how many transactions or how much money you can transfer. you can not use ths account for payment other side.
Transaction Refusal
We can refuse any transaction if:
- It doesn’t follow our Terms and Conditions or other platform rules.
- We believe it might break laws, cause legal issues for us or our affiliates, or is suspicious.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all transactions made through your account, including:
- Costs of goods/services.
- Platform fees.
- Shipping & payment fees.
- Taxes.
If someone else uses your account, we will assume you authorized them, and you will be responsible for any transactions and fees.
Payment Processing
We handle all payment processing directly. By using the platform, you agree that:
- Payments for goods or services will be processed by us and deposited into your Unified Wallet.
- We are not a payment service provider and your account is not considered a "payment account."
Confidentiality
What is Confidential Information?
Confidential Information includes any business, technical, or financial details shared between you and InboxToMarket. This could be:
- Trade secrets
- Marketing strategies
- Financial conditions
- Operational details
Exceptions
Confidential Information does not include:
- Information you already knew.
- Information you developed independently.
- Public information (not due to a breach).
- Information from a source not bound by confidentiality.
Sharing Your Information
We may need to share your contact information with relevant sellers or buyers to complete services, but we do not share your personal information with any external parties unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law and regulations:
- The Platform, InboxToMarket Services, and any information provided through the Platform and/or Services are given to you "as-is" and "as-available." InboxToMarket does not guarantee anything about the Platform, Services, or Information, unless clearly stated in this Agreement.
- InboxToMarket will not be responsible for any costs, losses, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities, or expenses related to the information you get through the Platform.
- InboxToMarket will never be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, goodwill, production, or revenue, whether or not these losses were expected or InboxToMarket knew they might happen.
- The total amount InboxToMarket could ever be held responsible for, including actions of its representatives, is limited to the total amount you have paid for the InboxToMarket Services.
InboxToMarket Rights and Suspension
Without affecting any other rights InboxToMarket has under this Agreement or the law, InboxToMarket can immediately (without notice):
- Suspend or stop your access to the Platform and/or Services;
- Remove any information you’ve uploaded or submitted to the Platform;
- Suspend or limit any activities or transactions linked to your Account;
These actions may be taken if:
- InboxToMarket thinks your performance on a Sale Contract is unsatisfactory, in its sole judgment;
- InboxToMarket believes your use of the Platform could negatively affect other users;
- You break any terms of this Agreement, or InboxToMarket reasonably suspects you’ve violated any rules;
- Your Account stays inactive for a long time, as determined by InboxToMarket;
- You are involved in, or suspected of, fraud or activities that could harm InboxToMarket’s reputation.
As mentioned above, InboxToMarket can forfeit any remaining balance in your Account if it’s linked to fraudulent activities or if the Account stays inactive for a long period.
